Alright Im finally starting to get my aquarium set up its a 25 gallon eclipse anyway I was able to get 46 pounds of live sand for 40 bucks and I just put it in my aquarium after following some directions it came with. Anyway my aquarium is very cloudy and has been for a day how long will this last right now Im using the eclipse mechanical filter to get rid of the cloudiness. Also is it normal for there to be what looks like a silt layer on the top of the sand. After this I plan on adding 30 pounds of live rock. After that Im going to add a dwarf and and a clown and a anemone and if everything is looking ok after a while a flame hawk

Im being patient its just the little directions said 24 hours so I dunno. So you think those three fish would put me over my limit? What would you recommend? Im pretty sure I want a flame angel or bicolor or coral but after that Im not sure although I do like clownfish.

you bought that sand from Karen on ---- didn't you? That's some good sand I got 80 pounds of it and it's full of life. Good purchase. The silty layer is just the fines in the sand. It will all settle out just like the man said be patient. Also turn off and circualtion pump you have in there. I ran a cheep polishing filter to get the really fine stuff out.
