I currently have a 90 gallon fish only tank I'm using a ESV , sand not live but compacted sand. About 1/2 inch deep fish would include Magestic Angel Purple Tang Porp. puffer Coris Wrass Confect Tang small. Would I do any harm by adding a horsecrab, to stir up the sand bed? Would this be benefit for the sandbed or make deeper to prevent gravel sweep. To remove the waste from the sandbed. :)

A sand bed should not have waste IN it,but laying on top of it.Especially if it is compacted like you say..A horseshoe crab would stir it up,but they tend to cause mre trouble than they are worth. They are very clumsy, and will try to dig under your rock, causing it to topple over..You should just stir the sand bed with a stick of some sort every week or so to keep it mixed well. You should also have at least one powerhead pointed across this sand bed to keep waste and detrius from accumulating.A good cleanup crew will do more good in maintaining your sand bed than anything...
