Sand Discoloration....

I want my sand to be white again as I am kind of anal about those sorts of things. Sooooo..
A: Is there a way to accomplish this without too much hassle? Doe N03 Work?
or
B: Do I take out little bits of sand over a period of time and then replace it with new sand.
or
C: I am SOL.
tanks all ... < this is a play on words and not a typo.

Nothing really. Its just not as "shiny" as it used to be. You remember when you first set it up and it looks all virgin and all?
Plus you get the gunk in the front of the tank below the sand line by the glass. I hate that.

I don't know what size tank you have...a sandsifting goby will keep that sand looking perfect.

a 220 and a 90. I think my Red Lip Blenny might not appreciate the gobys in the 220 and the lion fish in the 90 would find the goby delicious.
