I would like to take out the CC and put LS in but i don't no what type to get or where to get it

The majority of people use sand that is calcium carbonate based. You can order it from several online vendors. If you are one of the lucky ones that lives in an area where the Home Depots stock SouthDown Tropical Play sand you can use that as well. If you do a search you should find all the info you need. HTH
