Sand is infected,, any one have any nassarious snails???

What do you mean by infected.Do you have brown or red alge growing on you sand ,how old is your setup and what are your preramders like nit,nat
ph , no3 , phos ,warter flow.what size tank.if you have big tank or small
get a sand sifting star , if you can find a tiger Conch they are the best at
eating brown and red alges. are you useing RO/DI water .you have to find the chause ,wish this thing had spell checker.

but seriously, what do you mean by infected? worms, algae, diatoms etc?
personally i'd suggest against a sand sifter simply because they eat things out of your sand that you want in it. we need to know more about what your problem is because infected doesn't make sense.

got an answer, i just bought a new mh system, outer orbit, for my 28gallon,,, and its growing brown algea OUT OF CONTROL!!!! ,, also lots a bubbles coming off the algea, all over the sand,, any ideas??

AHHH yea, your system is responding to the new lights.
grab some mexican turbos or a fighting conch, they should chow through the diatoms in no time.

Fighting Conch's for sure! I moved my tank and had a diatom outbreak like yours and they cleaned it up in about a week
