Sand question

I'm in the process of setting up a 120 gallon reef and I do not want to buy all live sand for the tank. I was thinking of using some live sand from my current 30 gallon tank to seed play sand or something similar. What brands of play sand are aquarium safe? I am planning on purchasing the sand from Home Depot or Lowes.

i believe they need to be calcium based that make them safer...but someone else should chime in

Thanks guys! I'm going to make it to Lowes, Home Depot, and Wal-Mart tomorrow to see what they have.

Just make sure its not silica sand.
