Does anyone know how to supplement a sandsifting starfish's diet? All they get right now is detritus. Should i put food just below the sand or something? Any help is appreciated.
Algae would help. Sand sifters also like to eat it as part of their diet.
I also use invert formulas to make sure the star and all my other inverts are getting all of the nutrients they need.
