no, unless you have trapped nitrates in the substrate. but i think you have to do a significant stirring to stir up enough to harm your inhabs. id say dont worry, just make sure you have enough water movement to help it all settle!

We just did the samething tonight, my goodness, I'm kinda scared for my inhabitants. I have the lights off right now, we did a water change too. Going to test the water tomorrow and see where we're at. Maybe a 25% water change tomorrow if things aren't good. Wish me luck, waiting for all the stuffs to settle.
