Is there a benifit to having a deep snad bed? I have a 12g aquapod reef with about 2-2.5 inch sand bed. My pistol shrimp is tossing it everywhere and I was wondering if I only had .75-1.25inch sand bed the sand might look a little nicer.
Any thoughts?
