Sapphire Nanoskimmer BC29 (Bio Cube Addon)

I called nano customs and talked to them about this one. What they said is you take all the bio-balls out of the middle chamber and put it in there, or at least that is what I got from them. I actually used a Sea-Clone 100 skimmer in mine. It works great. It hangs on the back of the tank. I had to do some mods though. I cut out a hole for the maxi-jet 1200 it comes with in the drip tray and inserted the maxi-jet in my middle chamber with my live rubble. I then put the skimmer output in the first chamber. I cut a hole to my tank where the middle chamber was and put some thick tubing out into my tank to get water from there and not the middle chamber. I will post pics if its something you want to accomplish. It only cost me $65 for the skimmer,and it works out quite well.

Can you post the back of your tank? Is it hanging out? Would it be better to buy a built in skimmer?
