Scarlet hermits and cleaner shrimp shedding at the same time?

My 3 scarlet hermits and a new cleaner shrimp have all shed their exo skeleton. I just find it odd that they did it the same day. I have alot of blue legs and another cleaner shrimp that havent though. I know this is how they get rid of toxins so im just a little worried that my water may have something in it. I did just set up a refugium/sump this weekend.... Any thoughts?
dont have ammonia test i had it tested at lfs a couple of weeks ago it was 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 20
calcium 480
alkalinity 7 ( I know its super low im working on it, my dog died last week and slacked on adding the reef carbonate)
temp 76-78
salinity 1.024
dont have ph test but i also got this checked at lfs and i think it was 8.3 cant remember
i add a little iodide each week as well

Its better to just buy an ammonia kit just to be safe. You dont need to add iodine, they should get it from thier food anyway. It could just be a coincidence that they shed at the same time.

my fire shrimp and cleaner shrimp have molted twice at the same time and on the seocnd time one of my scalret hermits joined in. i test my water all the time and havent had any problems yet. so i guess they are on the same schedule lol
