Scientific Experiment Papers on Garlic

I'm really curious as to whether garlic is proven to boost immune system in marine fishes.
How about pepper, chillis, ginseng, etc....? Do they have the same effect too?
Is there any scientific experiment papers that supports this claim (out of curiousity) that garlic boost immune system in marine fishes?
Anyways, I have been using Kent Garlic Extreme for 4 months now and no cases of ick so far happening....

EVERYTHING in the world has a purpose. How fish were supposed to get garlic naturally, I have no idea. But it has worked wonders for me !!!
