Anyone know the difference between Synchiropus Ocellatus and Synchiropus Stellatus?

I bought what I thought is a Red Scooter Blenny (SS), but the sales receipts says I bought a Scooter Blenny (SO). Both have a red phase. LFS could just be using a genric description. I did do some reading on the discriptions from SWF, but there is little to distinquish between the two. Anyone have any good hints in telling the two apart? Just curious. Still keeping the little guy.

It is hard to tell the diffeance if you have not seen them together. I have a brown one I really think they look the same but I like both of them.
