scopas tang acting funny

i have no idea whats wrong with him he seemed fine a few days ago but today the fish is acting wierd his swimming at an angle and only using one fin to swim with oh he has some white spots around his face that showed up a few days ago but they have not spread or anything does anybody have a clue as to what this could be

I'm guessing that the tang is a new addition to your tank?
I am going to take an educated guess and say that the problem is ich. Go to the FAQ Thread; there is a pic there with fish that have ich. See if you can idendify this with your problem.
While at the FAQ Thread, take some time to read the posts on hospital tanks and hyposalinity.

white spots are gone but now he floats at the top and when he moves he scratches on my rock and he now has black patches that sre forming under his front fins :notsure: what colud this be
