scratched lion

he is an antennata and i just got him from here, on his side where his stripes are, he looks like he is scratched, almost like a little honeycomb is this a normal pattern or is it something bad

i cant believe it, my first fish from here and he is already dead swf said it was normal for him to be laying on his side in the bag but after accliminating him he just floated to the bottom and is not moving

i did everything it said to do, opened in a dark place floated bag for 30 min added an ounce of water every 2 or 3 min after that until the bag was double the water then dumped out half of the water and then added an ounce every 2 or 3 min then got the lion with a net and put him in, as far as the honeycomb goes as i stated, it looks like his flesh was ripped and you could see white through his skin
