Scratches on a acrylic tank

I have purchased a 180 Gal. acrylic tank for a great price, there were a few scratches on the outside of the tank that I have polished out, There are still a few scratches on the inside nothing real serious so I was wondering when the tank is full of water will the scratches on the inside show up? also my other tanks have a Black back ground and I was thinking about going Blue this time does anyone know what the name of the color blue that I see used so often?(Robin egg Blue was close but not just right) Thanks

You will not see most of those little scratches on the inside once the tank has water in it. Just worry about the ones about you can feel when you run your fingernail across them.
