scratching mystery

Hi everyone, I have a harlequin tuskfish who, fore the last two weeks, has been scratching his gill and nose area against the tank wall's. He only scratches a couple of times a day usualy in the morning, and his condition does not appear to be getting worse. I am getting concerned becouse I can see no visable parasites or any symptoms on his body. any idea's on what his problem might bee I would appreciate help. thank you.

Did you just get this fish or have you had it? Some more details needed about the fish.
Also, use a magnifying glass to see if you can pick up any more details that you might not be able to see with the

eye. Like red, swollen gills, flukes, other parasites.
How is the fish eating?
