Has anyone used the switching current water director (SCWD) on their tanks? How do you like them? Any concerns or problems with them? I'm looking to get one for my 40 to give a sort of wave maker effect.

I dont use it but there is a thread or two on here with people using them. Search SCWD and you will get a few hits on them. Just from what ive read though ,ive heard they work well.They do have flow velocity restrictions however so i would match you SCWD with the right return pump.
