Sea Cucumber

Just added a sea cucumber to do some bottom cleaning. When I put it in it crawled across the bottom to one of my live rocks. He crawled up it and is now sitting on the top of the rock just hanging out. Is this normal, I thought they liked the sand?!

Give him time. He'll be in the sand eventually. When you don't see him, he's in the sand. No need to search for him. It's kinda nice to see him every once in a while to remind me what I spent $20 for! LOL HTH--Bob
