AKA Northern Sea Robin
Multiple sites have it as poisonous and not something you'd keep at home, unless you want smaller fish in the tank taken care of.
Here's the classification from Wikipedia:
Kingdom: Animalia
Phylum: Chordata
Class: Actinopterygii
Order: Scorpaeniformes
Family: Triglidae

I am pretty sure is in the Scorpaenidae family, possibly the Synanceiidae family(more venomous towards people) stonefish example.

Triglidae are supposedly non-venomous, sited from "Atlas of Marine Aquarium Fishes", by Dr.Burgess.

I had one, he was cool as heck, then one day, the triggers started picking on him, and I had to give him to a friend, he was cool though, he never went after any fish, including a small goby, and smaller clowns.
