Sea Horse with an attitude!

I just finished deviding(using plexiglass) my 90 gal to seperate my pair of false percs from harassing my new Kuda SH.
Now with his assailents safely on the other side it appears that he is taunting them! The female Chloe tries continually to reach him throught the barrier, charging, swimming by; "Valiant", on the other hand, calmly floats turning side to side eyeing the perc!!! He's been teasing them for over 10 minutes now!
Just watching lazily as Chloe charges agian and again...... :happyfish

Yeah, I might have too. I keep watching how Valiant(seahorse, named him yesterday) reacts..if he starts hiding again I'll definately block the view.

Hi Rynka,
In a 90 gallon, I think the world will calm itself on its own. The seahorse will learn the boundaries. But now would be a great time to introduce the SH to a feeding station, on his side.
I wouldn't block the view and wouldn't worry much about an armor-plated fish (seahorse) being killed. They are not as fragile as you might think.
If the concern is high, remove the clowns to QT and let them stay there for a bit (2 weeks or so?) then move them back.
I really believe that Chloe will soon see the horse as a floating rock.
Can we see this valiant one?

That's exactly what I did...I lead him over to the dinner table with a trail of mysis shrimp, which seem to be his favorite. Then I put teaspoon or so of mysis shrimp into the dish....Valiiant went to town. He wrapped his tail around the sps and stuck his snout right into the shell! All I could see was his tail up to the top fin....the rest was emersed in mysis shrimp!!!!!(that had collected at the bottom of the shell)

Yeah...I'm not very worried about Valiant, but Chloe on the other hand....I might have to take her to a couple sessions with the fish therapist. JK she's cooling off. I gave the clowns an extra serving a BS tonight and after spending 20 minutes of stuffing themselves to the gills(giggle) She seemed to have forgotten all about the next door neighbor. :happyfish
