How long have you had the seahorses? Or did you just get them and she still hasn't eaten.
What are your water parameters for the following:
Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
Calcium
Salinity
PH
Alkalinity
How long has your tank been up??
To My knowledge, seahorses do not eat guppies. Never heard of that.
Are they all tank-raised or wild caught?
So you have six total creatures in your tank is the way I read that. Did you introduce them all at the same time?
If she has lasted six days she is eating something. six days without food is a long time for seahorses. Did you see her eat at the LFS?

Also, how big were they at your LFS? Average size of a tank bred Seahorse is 3-4 inches. If it's bigger, than chances are they were wild caught. Wild caught = unexplained death.
