okay, i got a serpent a couple of days ago and i just have a feeding question. i have been giving him a piece or two of raw shrimp every three days. he does eat the frozen and flake food too. should i be feeding him something else aswell or is this okay, how often would you feed it raw shrimp.

Feed it some krill. It's like shrimp...you don't have to feed it any more than you do your fish.
I'd suggest some sinking pellets. I used formual 2 pellets...mine love them
My Brittle star is almost 1 ft from end to end..
