Sea Swirl owners, I got a ?

For those who own a sea swirl, I know the manufacture states that the swirl rotates every 60 - 90 seconds at 90 degrees. (i have seen statements that they rotate at both 60 and 90 seconds) How long does it take for a full rotate from one side to the other. Are they fast or does it take a good time to go say, left to right?

Just bought one and haven't tried it yet but it supposedly moves to set positions every 60seconds. Don't know how many postions there are in a 45 or 90 degree swing though..Instructs don't say.
