seachem copper kit?

I am treating a clown for ich in a QT. I was told the test kit that I have isn't the greatest. So, I plan on buying a seachem kit and want to start the treatments over. Could I start full strength again after a water change? Thanks.

Yes, start the treatment over, but not using copper. Use hyposalinity instead. It is equally effective and is not toxic to fish.
However, if you want to change kits, simply test your copper levels with the new kit. If the readings are comparable to the readings of the old test kit, then I see no reason to worry.
