The bottle says treat for 14 days. Doesn't ick live for 23?
Have been treating for nine days and the fish seem ok. Actually, my survivors (three false percs and a gold headed sleeper goby) never showed any signs. I just lost a yellow tang and a bicolor angel and figured I need to starve the little monsters out of the main tank. Do you guys think the ick would've killed my clowns and goby eventually, or are they hardy enough to fight it off?. Why does ick go straight for the most expensive fish??WHY????
Sorry. Still a little bit emotional.

I have mentioned before that I am a big fan of Seacure copper treatment where copper is needed. I have used it many times over the years and it has worked EVERY time without fail. I to noticed the 14 days on the instructions so what I do is add and check each day for 14 days then while at .15 (using red sea copper test kit) I monitor but do not treat for another week or even two then start to do water changes again. I love this stuff.
