Sealife systems overflows

I got one with the dual pipes for mine. I havnt used it yet so im very interested as well with what might be said. From what i can gather, i should be good for 1400gph through the overflow. I am hoping that within the next month or so ill have water in my tank and could give a more educated answer. But for now im all ears as well
