Seawater Salt.....

Hi everybody,
I am new to this forum and this is my first post.
The purpose of this post is because I am having a problem preparing my saltwater. I read that anybody having saltwater tank used the special aquarium salt to make up their saltwater , but here in my country we don't have it. So, my question is.....
1) When seawater evaporates and the immediate salt that we get, does is contains all its minerals? or some are evaporated?
2) Is there any possible way to make a saltwater tank without using this salt (Instant Ocean, etc...) and use another salt?
Thanks in Advance for your reply.
Hope to hear from u.
Thanks.

You should be able to order online I would think you would have many problem trying to get around it for in salt water tanks you need a stable tank and Salinity in very inportant I dont know of any way other the use of sea water it self if you close to ocean.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
OK, if I use seawater, how does it works? Do I have to change water or everytimes it evaporates I add freshwater to it? Because using seawater is not easy as I live a bit far from seaside.
