Sebae Anemone help

I have a Sebae Anemone that I just purchased a couple of weeks ago and it still hasn't found a place to stay. I have a cinnamon clown that keeps moving it around the tank and tipping it upside down. Can I pin the anemone under a small rock?

You can try putting him where you want him to stay and block his way out with another rock, not putting the rock on him but just so its kinda locked in a cave kind of- will make it feel safe and it may stay there- BUT anemones have a mind of their own- no matter what you do really its going to settle where it feels safest from predators and likes the flow and light the best.

Those thing get big. I just took one out of my cousins take that was the size of a dinner plate.
