Sebae Anemone

My sebae has shruken up into a whole in my life rcok is this normal? And my Porcilean crab is out of it just standing by it?

Yea its normal as long as it hasent been this way for days on end. But, for expelling waste, or eating they can do this from time to time. Although it shouldnt go on for more than a couple of days without inflating itself again. IMO.
