Sebae Clown, what do I see?

Can someone explain what I am observing in my tank? I have two sebae clowns in my 40 gallon tank with live rock only. I think I have a male and a female because one is almost two inches and fat and the other is an inch and runty looking. I also have a pygmy angelfish who is the same size for now as the big Sebae. The large clown wants nothing to do with the little one and when the little one comes near her rock she chases him away. I see the large one using her tail to make a bowl in the substrate around one side of the rock. She makes bowls elsewhere in the tank but this particular spot seems to be her favorite. She will defend this spot from anyone by chasing them away. Anyone that is except the pygmy angelfish. When the angelfish is around the sebae begins to shimmy around and almost appears to be flirting or inviting the angelfish into her bowl. Then when the angelfish swims in the sebae rubs her body against the angelfish's body. The angelfish shimmys back and they both clear out the bowl with their tails. Uhm, what is this behavior? If it was two clown fish I'd think they were mating...
