"Sebae" clownflish

I'm trying to figure out what the other names for a Sebae clownfish are. Some places (like SWF) use the term interchangeably with Clarkii. I have Tullock's "Clownfishes and Sea Anenomes" and he mentions a species called amphiprion sebae that he lists under the "caught wild" category, but doesn't have any further mention of it or any photos.
I was at my LFS, and was talking to the SW guy about how I will be wanting 1-2 clowns and some chromis in a few weeks. I said I liked Clarkii, and they seemed the most versatile, but they just looked kind of dull next to something like a tomato (these were the only two varieties they had in stock at the time). I also needed to figure out what I wanted to get for an anenome and get an appropriate clown first. He said I should get "sebae" because they were tough, liked many types of anenome, and had great colors. I asked if he meant ocellaris, and he paused for a second, then said no. So I'm not sure what kind he was referring to. Anyone have any ideas?

A Sebae is totally different than a Clarkii from my research. I have a Sebae in my tank. very hardy fish and i think he looks much better than the Clarkii's, but maybe mine's just special.

The Sebea and Clark look very similar. Their are very small difference in appearance between them. But they are not the same fish. :)

The easiest way to distinguish the two, IMO is coloring. Clarkiis, all the fins, excluding the dorsal fins are yellow, and will remain yellow. Sebae changes the color of its fins overtime. I have one true sebae in my tank right now, and believe me the coloring is not attractive at all. Later, though, when the body becomes totally black, still with the white stripes, and some yellow on the mouth and tail, it will look so good.
Some things about what your lfs said. First, yes sebae is a hardy fish, as well as clarkii IMO. But sebae does not accept as many anemones as clarkii does. Clarkii likes any anemones, even condi anemones. So far, I've read that sebae only likes haddoni anemones. Mine, however, proved it otherwise. He used to live in a bubble tip anemones, he loved it.
I hope that helps...
