i have a 12 inch sebae for about a month seems to be doing great, just wondering been feeding it 1- 3 inch silverside whole, should they be crushed up and is once a week enough

Does he keep the silversides down,or does he spit them out after a few hours?I feed my anemone's every 3 days,i use small pieces of different foods and then kind of crush them between my fingers also.Mine seem to eat better if i feed more small pieces rather than bigger pieces!

As long as he is keeping them down then fine, however if he seems to also be expelling alot of waste then you may reconsider using whole silversides and cut them in half and feed twice per week. Always be aware that the excess waste expelled by the anemone will possibly create water quality problems.
