Can someone post some pics of how they have the tops of their tank secured to keep their escape artists in the water?

I have a glass top on my tank, along with alot of duct tape on the back sealing it off completely except for some very small holes I made in the tape. I also pull the glass up towards the front so that theres a little crack where the air can flow better. I'm sure theres many other ways to eel proof a tank though.. Just a cheap DIY I pretty much just thought of and did. So far so good!! :D

i also have a glass top, I used silicone sealant to seal the entire back of it around the glass. Drilled holes in the back plastic to put heater/powerhead cords through, then sealed those.
So my eel then began climbing into the filter through the overflows. So I put an eel net out of plastic mesh around the filter returns, and that seemed to work, for a while.
