Sediment on live rock

I have a 30g cube with live sand and live rock. My filter is a eco system 40. I feed my fish every 3 days. I have alot of sediment on my live rock. I feel that my filter is not strong enough????????????? Could this be true? All levels are fine except amonia wich is less than .25.

More water movement will help. Use a turkey baster and blow your sediment off of the rocks every couple of days.
