SEIO pump question!!!!!!

I bought 2 SEIO 820 pumps last week. This week I was doing my water change. So I turned off all power as usual before doing the change. AFTER I was done, I turned the power back on and BOTH SEIO pumps stopped working!!!!!!!!
Anyone has experience with these? Who is the company I can write to or call? WHat do i do?? I spent $120 on it!

W/ the power on, pull the Seio out and let the water drain. The impeller may be stuck. I have a Seio and love it.
