Hey everyone.....
If I separate my mated pair of percula's, will they die without each other, or move on and just deal...... She has become very aggressive in my 46 gallon to all other fish....PMS, I dunno....but I have a 125 gallon that she would be very happy in and that is where I want to put her, but not sure if that will be ok to do! Right now I have her in a plastic bag hanging around awaiting my decision that needs to happen pretty fast.....HELP PLEASE!

Why not put both of the clowns in the 125 together?

I recently got a set of black and white percula's which are what I have always wanted, but they do not seem to be compatible with the dominant female that came with the tank when I purchased it from a couple in town.....the male is just fine with the other two, but the female is mean to them. The female is MUCH bigger and is a real bully and is going out of her way to bully them. The black and whites aren't even close to her anemone.....they actually cant get any farther away from it! They are very timid and are TRYING to mine their own business, but the female wants nothing to do with that..... I guess we can add the the male in the new tank with the female, but it's a fish only tank and I can't put their anemone in there (they are quite fond it it.....rub their little butts on it 24/7). Do you think that separating them is a bad idea?

Clowns are pretty agressive towards other clowns. That is why you can really only keep one pair of ANY clown species in the same tank. She is mearly defending what she sees as her territory. If you move just her, the male will then change to female and do the same thing. Then you can never put the two back in the same tank again.
Either move both of them to the larger tank or move the B&W clowns out. Any other option will not end well.

Your post sounded as you have 3 clownfish in the tank. Not 2.if so, that's the reason one of your clowns is getting bullied. Not a good idea to have odd numbers of clowns in one tank. But yeah remove one of the clowns.
