Set up help please

Hello every one just looking for some advice setting up my new predator tank.
Tank is 4ft/4ft 650 lts
Sump is 2 1/2ft
Skimmer is a bubble magus curve 9
Return pump ?? Not sure yet any ideas would be grate ?
Power heads ?
Lights ? Thinking led as love the look of them but I'm on a budget so maybe cheap Chinese ones ?
Right for stocking I'm looking at
Sea goblin
Porc puffer
Raditor lion fish
Snow flake eel
Panther grouper
Any input would be good if them fish will work ect if equitment is up to the job

Hi,

Welcome to the site...I don't know much on the type of fish you want. I think the sea goblin is the only critter you could put in the tank, since it can't live with the others...but that's a guess. However I may be able to offer some help on equipment, so I'll chime in with what I do know.

You need power heads, the wave is the life of the ocean and your SW tank. There is less oxygen in SW then fresh.
The top needs to be open for the above mentioned reasons.
T5HO lighting isn't expensive, and it makes the colors on your fish really pop...much better then regular fish lights, they have legs so they sit on an open tank.

The panther is a cool fish but will get big! The eel is a toss up. Some are ok others get nasty as they get older. Almost all ur fish will eat anything they can fit in there mouth
