Settin up a 20gal tank little help plz

Hello all this is my first post here ever.im 14 And i want to start a sw tank. I have everything i need i think and have some questins. i have a 20gal tank its 24inches long, 17 high and 12inches wide about. i have a 50 watt Jager heater,a maxi jet 900 powerhead, a hydrometer with digital thermometer, a 20inch 96 watt 4-tube lamp fixture 2 cooling fans(reading it off the box theres more) its this... and thats pretty much all o wait also Instant ocean for 25gal. so heres what im askin is that all i need for my tank? the lfs told me that i dont need a filter if i have enough live rock (atleast 20lbs) and i do not need a skimmer when i set up the tank do i have to make sure the water temp is 80 and then add the salt with the powerhead on? do i have to mix it after i put it in the tank or will the powerhead do it for me? do i do water changes when the tank cycles? when i do a water change and i get the water rdy the night be4 does it have to keep movin? if so can i use a old filter with no media? the light i have is that good enough? for sw and live rock and corals ummm is there anything else... i wanted to ask.... hmmm o yes how many fish can i have in there (i know that sounds like a newby) um i think thats all for now if i have any other questins can i add them on later?

you can have natural filtration which is filtration with only LR or you can use mechanical filtration which is filtration through the use of a skimmer. either way will work.
do i have to mix it after i put it in the tank or will the powerhead do it for me?
basicly add RO water add salt let mix for at least 1 to 2 days.(or till completly dissolved. add sand add rock and let sit for around 4 weeks

water needs to be pre mixed and completely dissolved then sit for 24 hours till you can use it
if so can i use a old filter with no media?

i wanted to ask.... hmmm o yes how many fish can i have in there (i know that sounds like a newby)
i'd rather you ask than something without it's a 24 ?? i'd say 4 small fish MAX.. starting out maybe start out with 2 or 3 and play it safe
um i think thats all for now if i have any other questins can i add them on later?NO!!!

about the filter just some people say buy a powerhead just for water changes and i wanted to know if i can use my whisper 20 with no media in it to keep the water movin.... cuz i thought the water had to be movin like all the time

in the tank?
yea the water has to be moving all the time or most the time.
i dont think a filter is going to create enough flow alone. you will prob need a powerhead or two

I have decided to get a skimmer and have it down to 3 whitch 1 to think would be good?
Aquarium Systems Seaclone Protein Skimmer - 100, Red Sea Prizm Skimmer, Saline Solutions Hooked On Protein Skimmer 30 whitch 1 is best do you think?

i dont know the last one but i use a prism and it works just fine
