Setting up 50gal and Q Tank.

Alright I just got my stand built the other night, and I have a 50 gal ready to go along with a sump setup. I just need to test the 50 gal for leaks, and get it drilled for the sump. I have some extra hang on the back filters, and wanted to know about setting up a quarantine tank. Exactly what do I need in the Q tank? I want to know everything you guys recommend to get this thing running.
Also what should I do about lighting for my 50 gal? I'm on a budget and I'm leaning toward FOWLF setup. Lemme know.

Try doing a search for quarantine tank and you should get a ton of responses. I actually asked this same question a while back. As far as lighting if you are going with a fowlr tank than you only need lighting strong enough to support the life on the live rock. I would probably suggest a pc/standard flourescent combo.
