setting up a 125 reef.need advice

i just got a realy good buy on 125 gal tank and equipment.will be building my own stand.sugistons , very welcome . it came with a coalife light 3 x 150 mh.4x96 flourencent .4 led moons. will need to buy a timer.100 lbs of live rock covered in algea.rinesed off the rock and clead as best as i could.not a lot off life left.put in some smaller tanks, treated it with algaefix.will have to retreat to get the algae out of it. about 6 weeks ? a oceanic reef ready sump. reefdevil protine skimer,good bad ok ? how sould i set up the sump? do i need a canister filter ? do i need a dsb ? a littlegiant pump model 4.is this pump useable ? tank has built in over flows.thanking about a under gravel with power heads ,is this out dated ?and our wave makers to get the flow up .what base crused coral ? sand ?i like 2 in. or so of base,enough ,to much ? i also have about 100lbs of red lava i was hopeing to seed with the live rock.iwant to take my time and set up right . i have a 115 gal fish mostly tank, what a learning experance that has been. i want corals in this tank and mabe some aniomies,afew reef safe fish this will be going slow , 3 mounths are so to set up.i have lots more ? but for now iwould like to get a good eqiupment list and advise. thank you very much al
