Setting up a 150

We are new to this hobby so go easy on me. We had a family member give us a 48x24x30 150gal. we have everything but the lights right now. It is up and running. 160# of live sand. about 40# of live rock and some base rock. Filstar xp-3 filter and an another hang on filter, not sure what it is but the LFS guy said it was a good one and I saw that he was running quite a few of the same. also have 2 1050 Kor. PH's Planning on a LRWFO to start and then ease in to more Reefy stuff down the road.
What I need is some advice on lighting this thing correctly and am I supposed to be ghost feeding until I get some critters?

Correct....you can ghost feed to get things rolling you through the cycle.....As far as lighting being that it's going to start as a FOWLR you could do a basic T5 light setup. LEDs are another option depending how serious you are...Honestly a lot of options depending what you want to invest in.
