Setting up a new aggressive.

I have been keeping a reef tank for around two years now, so I'm not new to saltwater, just to this area. This is my wish list of fish.
1 Mimic lemonpeel tang
1 Kidiko Moray (already have)
2 Cinnamon clowns
I'm having a hard time deciding on the last addition. Either it will be a Volitan or porqupine puffer.
The tank is a 75 gallon with sump. Will my selections work together? And could you give some pros and cons to help me make my mind up on the last two?
Thanks

honestly id go with the volitan, ther nice to watch, but they get like 15 inches long, thats why i dint do a volitan i did a fu mancho whoes maximum length is only 4 inches. if i did a puffer i would do a crowned puffer or a hawiian white spotted puffer, they are very pretty, they have like blue and light green and all sorts of nice colors on them. just a suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestions:) . Now about the white spotted puffer. You wouldn't be talking about a melegrious (sp) puffer would you? If so it is a beutiful fish, but they cost around $300 at the store I work at. Or are you talking about the guys that stay small 4"-5"? Is it one like this
