Got a 75 Gal tank reef ready, 50LB of Play Sand and 40LB of Live Sand and 80LB of base rock and 35LB of Live.... is there a need for more of anything or are those the right amounts?

Looks good! If you have a bucket of salt and a few powerheads then you are good to go
