about 2 weeks ago. Well there is some good news and bad news. I bought a 4-48" lamp kit from HelloLights.(2-10,000k and 2-actinics) They worked and looked great for about a week and a half. I love the way the tank looks compared to the 2 NO's I replaced. The VHO's brought out some nice colors! 
Well, a few days ago the lights just clicked off after being on for a few hours. So i checked to see if the ballast had overheated, but it was barely even warm. Ever since then they will work for about 10 min then shut off. So I called HelloLights today and they were VERY nice. I told them my problems and he give me things to check. After we did that he said he would send me a new ballast with a label to send back the defective one! I haven't had the lights for too long, but with the excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend them!
Another item that I bought, was the thermal sensing fan by Icecap. I love it!!! My hood is not very tall, and even with 4 VHO's and a 96watt PC, it is still cool under there. It moves soooo much air. It is my one of my favorite pieces of equipment!
With all of the lighting questions I see here daily, I just thought I'd share. HTH
