Setuping Up a 5 gallon questions

I'm looking to setup a 5 gallon Coral Only (with clean up crew, couple astreas, ceriths, blue leg and zebra hermits, i think that covers a good amount of the algae bases.) and i was wondering what would be suggested for filtration (water movement), lighting, feeding and water additives and changes. My coral plans are Frog Spawn, Stars, a couple types of Zoos, and maybe shooms. Probably a 2 inch sand bed (from my 55) and 5-10 pounds of DIY live rock (also from my 55) Or i'm debating on NOT using established sand and rocks because they'll bring all the algae strans from my 55, so maybe i'll go with some dead sand and rock and catch some pods (if suggested for a coral only tank) and get some coralline scrappings.
What kind of bio issues would i have to deal with with just clean up crew and corals?
Thanks,
ZC

Ok, not so helpful, maybe I'll just give what I think first then maybe someone can comment.
standard 5 gallon tank, 16" 72w PC retro one 10k and one antic(too much light?), nano canister (rated for 20 gallon tank) One tiny power head (around 80 GPH), dead sand and rock to keep from importing algae as long as i can (or will using established sand and rock from my 55 matter?), catch some pods from my 55 and some coralline scrapings. The clean up crew above (maybe a cleaner shrimp too), feed a couple pellets every once in awhile if algae isn't available to the crew, 1 gallon water changes weekly with Instant Ocean Reef Crystals, no additives (i'm guessing should get enough minerals from the salt).

Very little (pretty much unnoticable.)
