Sexing maroons?

I don't think you can.. clownfish have no --- until they have a mate, then the larger one usually becomes female, and the smaller one male.

I thought they did have a --- but it could change?
So, if I wanted to have a oair, I should just try and introduce a smaller maroon in there?

I think they have no --- until they "need" to have one (when they find a mate) ya usually thats the best, not too small, but smaller then the other one. Its funny how in the ocean the bigger one is always the female... crazy lol

all are males the strongest one will change over , it would have been best to add 2 or 3 at the same time (a pair and a spare) once one is in tank it will bully any other almost to death,how ever it can be done.useing tank diverers,or a trap with the lid almost closed so the smaller one can hide , it will swim in main tank and just go their for safty after a week or two the other one will get along. it worked for me .
