sexy shrimp!

after looking and looking for almost 4 months i finally found them and got 2 of these super sexy little guys are are the first pics i could get! they are getting less and less camera shy so here it is !
there circled in the first ----! there so tiny!

i never figured out the point of them. They're way too small, i know if i put on in my tank it'd get eaten. I guess cool in Nano tanks but in a larger reef you'll never see them and i swear any large fish, aggresive or not would find them a nice snack, a 10 dollar snack at that.

I have a nano and i think they are awesome too. Only downside is I sucked my guy out when I did a water change and never realized I did it until it was too late. Now im on the lookout for some more.. I like how they hang out in the corals.

oh, mine goes between my frogspawn and gbta no other point to them except the sexiness they add to the tank mine's in a 90gal.

I have one in my 75 gallon. I love him! We call him our sexy back shrimp and have named him JT (for justin timberlake) ! Mine rides in my zenia. He is always in stalk in the middle just ridin the waves! They are fun little shrimp!

Do they have to have a host coral or anemone or will they survive w/o?

An anemone or a coral is their protection. Its not necessary for them, but they are more vulnerable from preditors if they dont.

Renogaw and janastasio, You're keeping sexy shrinp in some good sized tanks. Whats youre stock list? (fish) I would think they would disappear fast.
