I have a bicolor blenny & it says sg should be 1.021 -1.023 I also have snails, conch brittle, shrimp that like higher sg and other fish (1.020 - 1.025 for them) can I raise the sg to 1.024 -1.025? I'm using an arm to measure now.
The ocean's average salinity is 35ppm (1.026 sg at tank temp). I have kept my tank at that level and never had a problem with any fish or invert that I could attribute to specific gravity. I had a bicolor blenny that did great until Katrina.
