shark and crawdads

would a shark eat crawdads with pinchers off small ones of course, ex. 7 inch bamboo?

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't. Just make sure you know that this should not be their main food in their diet. They are a freshwater invert, and though they are not unhealthy like freshwater feeders, they are not rich in nutrients either.

I fed a crawdad to my snowflake moray and he scarfed it like it was a treat!

Yes, but don't feed it to many freshwater things.
